China Sencha Grade 1 Dao Ren Feng Organic

"Sencha" is a Green Tea that, although originally from Japan, is also produced in China, where similar processing methods are used to those in Japan. "Grade 1" indicates a high quality, with leaves carefully selected to offer a clean and fresh taste. "Dao Ren Feng" refers to a specific growing area, often associated with mountainous terrain with ideal climatic conditions for producing high-quality tea. It is processed using the traditional Japanese method. The leaves of this tea are generally flat and thin, bright green. When infused, it presents a light yellow-green liquor, with a fresh herbaceous aroma and a delicate, slightly sweet flavor with marine and umami notes.
